Pet Policy

Xtreme RV Resort allows guests to bring their dogs with them. We understand how important your pets are to you. Our goal is to provide you and your dog a pleasant stay as well as a safe one.

For the comfort and safety of our guests, we kindly request that all dog owners act responsibly and respect other guests.

Please note the following policies:

  • Upon booking your reservation, you will need to inform us of your plans to arrive with your dog.
  • Your pet should have all recommended vaccinations currently up-to-date and you agree to obtain and provide current records from a licensed veterinarian should we request this information from you at any time.
  • Pets should be leashed at all times in public spaces and while outside your recreational vehicle.
  • Pets should be supervised at all times while on Xtreme RV Resort’s property.
  • Pets are not allowed in any of Xtreme RV Resorts buildings or near any of the pools.
  • Guests are responsible for pet waste clean-up throughout the property grounds
  • Guests are responsible for all personal injuries and/or property damage related to their pet(s).
  • Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Xtreme RV Resort, its operators and owners and their respective affiliates from all liability and/or damage suffered as a result of their pet(s)
  • Breed restrictions will apply. The following breeds are not allowed:
    • Rottweiler
    • Doberman Pincher
    • Chow Chow
    • Akita
    • Pit Bull
  • Should any pet display dangerous, aggressive or unacceptable behavior (including but not limited to biting, excessive barking and/or evidence or disease), Xtreme RV Resort reserves the right for their immediate removal.

Golf Cart Rental Policy

Xtreme RV Resort offers golf cart rentals to their guests to be used in and around the resort property. For the safety of our guests and the community of Eufaula, the following policies have been put in place. Any attempt of speeding, racing, jumping of these units or other reckless driving or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs will result in the loss of deposit and you will be subject to a potential lawsuit.

  • The primary renter of golf cart must be minimum of 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license and proof of valid automobile insurance policy.
  • Licensed drivers only are permitted to operate the golf carts. Drivers must be a minimum age of 16 to operate the rental golf carts with a valid driver’s license. If found allowing underage drivers to operate the cart, the renter will immediately forfeit the golf cart without any refund.
  • Any additional potential drivers who might drive the cart during the rental period must produce a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, be at least 16 years of age and be an additional signer on this agreement.
  • The golf cart must be driven on Eufaula Town Streets and Authorized roads only.
  • Golf carts are not to be driven in or near the water bays, boats docks, etc. Should the golf cart enter a body of water, the renter is subject to being charged the full price of the golf cart.
  • Guests agree that they are solely responsible for any and all damages while the cart is in their possession and warrant that they have inspected the cart at the time of rental.
  • All drivers/passengers agree to rent and utilize the cart at their own risk claiming no legal responsibility whatsoever to Xtreme RV Resort, it’s operators and owners and their respective affiliates as a result of an accident or incident to third parties or themselves.
  • All drivers must be familiar with the operation of the golf cart in regard to steering, braking, accelerating, etc.
  • Xtreme RV Resort reserves the right to file any and all documents with the renter’s insurance company for any accident or event which causes damage to the golf cart or property associated with the accident.
  • The City of Eufaula recognizes golf carts as motor vehicles. Most traffic laws apply to their operation. If there are any questions regarding the city’s laws, the City of Eufaula can be contacted at (918) 689-2534.
  • Golf carts must be operated during daylight hours only
  • Golf carts may not be operated upon any public sidewalk, pedestrian walkway, playground, public park, school ground, or other public recreational areas not designated for motor vehicle traffic.
  • The driver and every occupant of a golf cart must remain seated in a seat designed to hold passengers while the golf cart is in motion.
  • No person may ride in the lap of the driver or any other occupant.

Bicycle Rental Policy

Xtreme RV Resort offers bicycle rentals to their guests to be used in and around the resort property. For the safety of our guests and the community of Eufaula, the following policies have been put in place.

  • A valid ID and a credit card is required to rent a bicycle from Xtreme RV Resort.
  • Helmets are required to be worn at all times while riding our bicycles. If a guest is seen riding a rental bicycle without a helmet, they will immediately forfeit the bicycle without a refund. Helmets are included in the bike rental if the guest does not have their own.
  • Our bicycles are rented out clean and in proper working condition and must be returned in the same manner
  • Guests agree to return the bike in clean, undamaged, condition to avoid any additional charges for repair, maintenance or replacement.
  • Guests are not allowed to have more than one person on the bicycle at a time. An immediate forfeiture of the bicycle will be required without a refund.
  • Guests agree that they are solely responsible for any and all damages while the bicycle is in their possession and warrant that they have inspected the bicycle at the time of rental.
  • All guests agree to rent and utilize the bicycle at their own risk claiming no legal responsibility whatsoever to Xtreme RV Resort, it’s operators and owners and their respective affiliates as a result of an accident or incident to third parties or themselves.
  • Xtreme RV Resort reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card should any damage(s) occur to the bicycle(s)
  • In the event of theft or damage beyond repair, the guest will be charged the full price of the bicycle and any accessories provided at the time of the rental.

Privacy Policy

Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to the xtremeresortok.com and Xtreme RV Resort and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Xtreme RV Resort include xtremeresortok.com.
